My Approach:

I blend 12 years of experience in strategy and startups with doctoral research in philosophy, AI, and the meaning crisis.

My work explores how acceleration and automation reshape identity, connection, and purpose and how to find creative and personally meaningful paths through this transition.

I have experience in community facilitation and mentorship as an MBA program director and co-founder of women's art collective Círculo Creativo Merida. I'm also trained in Nonviolent Communication and nervous system regulation practices.

My own path spans from leading multimillion dollar revenue streams at New York City startup to owning an off-grid jungle farm in Costa Rica. I’m no stranger to burnout, radical pivots, or the quiet disorientation that can follow outward success.

In our conversation, I am informed both by research-driven insight and lived experience to help navigate complex moments of change. I make space for both strategic clarity and compassionate care, and honor the tension between intellect and intuition.
